We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received unused, unworn, with all original tags
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before sending any items back.

Once approved, you will receive:

• The return instructions
• Our return address: Eikenlaan 1 Box 5, 2242 Zandhoven , Belgium
• A return label if applicable (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
  

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrect

To exchange an item, first confirm with us and after you can return the original first. Once accepted and received, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must meet the same return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your bank or payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
