Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received unused, unworn, with all original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@vintagefurmania.com to request a return.
Returns must be approved before sending any items back.
Once approved, you will receive:
- The return instructions
- Our return address: Eikenlaan 1 Box 5, 2242 Zandhoven , Belgium
- A return label if applicable (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, first confirm with us and after you can return the original first. Once accepted and received, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must meet the same return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your bank or payment provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from Belgium, carefully packaging each item to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped
Estimated Delivery Times (usually next business day)
- Belgium, EU & UK : 2-4 business days
- USA & Canada: 3-5 business days
- Other International: 4-7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs or local postal delays.

We have decided to provide support on shipping costs for our loyal clients.
Customs & Import Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes (usually there are no import fee's for vintage items, yet please check with you country's tax regulations) We will do our best to support you on this part too if needed. Feel free to contact us for more info.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@vintagefurmania.com
- We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue
